What Is The Bloom Bootcamp?

The Bloom Bootcamp is a unique health experience curated for women by a woman. This bootcamp was designed to create a safe space for women to thrive and bloom on whatever health journey they are on. Whether your goal is to lose body fat, improve nutrition, or just feel more confident with the wonderful things your body can do- this bootcamp is for you!

Bloom Bootcamp is all about a community that connects women to help empower and support one another. We meet weekly for a 1 hour workout, but also connect via group chat for all participants to share their accomplishments (and struggles) for the week.

If you are seeking an uplifting and supportive community to help you bloom on your health journey- this is the place for you!​

 

What's included:

 

-6 weekly high energy workouts (Dynamic, interval style, group sessions that challenge your body and keep training exciting)

-Group nutrition plan AND grocery list (Simple, flexible meals designed to fuel your results)

​

-6 week customized workout plan (Extra strength and cardio sessions you can do on your own at your gym, or at home)

​

-App access (Track your workouts, meals, and progress over the next 6 weeks all in one place)

​

-Group chat community (Connect with other participants for accountability, encouragement, and support every step of the way)
