Meet Asya!
I am a NCCPT-Certified Personal Trainer, ISSA Nutritionist, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach with a passion for helping women feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. For over 2 years, I have been leading group fitness classes, creating an uplifting environment where participants can move, grow, and push past their limits together.
My mission is to make fitness approachable and empowering- whether through personalized training, group sessions, or nutrition guidance.

Beyond the gym, I am very much a homebody! I enjoy reading, taking care my plant kids, and getting my hands dirty with arts and crafts. I love spending time with the people most important to me, although I am sure they would like me to turn off my personal trainer hat around them :)
